Winner of the Dell Mini will be selected at random on or near November 3, 2009 from all valid entries. Winner will be contacted by e-mail. If the selected winner does not respond within seven days of the first notification attempt, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Contest open to businesses and individuals in the Tucson, Arizona metropolitan area only. One entry per person per day.

Open only to legal residents of the State of Arizona who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.
